Albemarle County is looking at modifying open burning regulations - specifically with contractors in mind. The BOS is looking to address complaints from citizens in urban and growth areas of the county.

I am asking for e-mails and comments from organizations who allow open burning by permit so we can learn what other localities are doing to address citizen complaints. Thanks for your help!
