I need a letter or email from you to help me with a problem the City of Lexington is having with Washington and Lee University.
The University is violating 401.3.2 in the Fire Code.
They do not feel that they should call 911 when a Alarm is sounded .
They send a W&L security officer to investigate the alarm and then determine if 911 is called.
If your Municipality has a college or university, could you please email me or mail me a letter and let me know if John Doe University or College does or does not follow  401.3.2 .
W&L whats a Modification and it looks like we will be going to the Board of Fire prevention Code of Appeals.
We hope to work it out so that we do not have to go to the Appeals Board.
