Elevator Phone
(Preview)
Where do other jurisdications require the elevator emergency phone to be received? The ASME A17.1 Elevator Code appears to be fairly ambiguous regarding the exact place to send the call. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I live in a two bedroom apartment at an apartment complex, and I am planning on buying a gas grill which will be placed on my balcony.
- If the propane cylinder is less than 1 lb, is it legal?
- In case it is not legal, is a small tabletop grill legal?
Thanks,
